Senior Management Consultant –
San Francisco, CA office - Work with the GRC (Information Governance Information Risk, and Compliance) teams to assist clients in developing creative business solutions and frameworks that reduce the risk of delivering their products and services. Develop supporting collateral and templates for Information Security Assessment services. Propose and advise clients and executives on any process gaps and operational improvements. Provide service transition support to the client team through training and awareness. Manage service delivery and quality to clients. Drive the operationalization of various templates rolled out in the service delivery process. Support and facilitate VOC (Voice of the Customer) sessions and alignment meetings with stakeholders to provide collaboration and collect feedback in order to make inline enhancements to the process improvement work. Provide oversight, ad-hoc issue resolution and communications support. Supervise Management Consultant to develop business strategies and prepare service reports. Employee may work from home and can be based anywhere in the U.S. Travel 25% of the time to unanticipated client sites for meetings. Requires Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management, or related. Must have 12 months of experience in an occupation related to Business Analysis. Experience must include 12 months in/with the
following: Business Process Design and Re-Engineering; Quantitative Analysis; Project Management; Change Management; Service Management Lifecycle; and Business Strategy. 40 hours/week. $114,650/year.
