Senior Management Consultant
Infoedge LLC seeks Consulting Director – Customer Experience for its San Francisco, CA office.
Carry out thorough Customer Experience analysis including customer journey maps, voice of the customer interviews, customer segmentation, personas, desired experience, user behavior analytics, etc. Propose and advise clients and executives on any process gaps and operational improvements. Build financial models presenting a business case for the solution proposed to clients and executives. Provide service transition support to the company’s client team through training and awareness. Manage service delivery and quality to clients. Drive the operationalization of various templates rolled out in the service delivery process. Facilitate alignment meetings with stakeholders to provide collaboration and collect feedback in order to make inline enhancements to the process improvement work. Contribute to service line collaterals including frameworks, instructions, white papers, and thought leadership materials. Supervise Management Consultants and Senior Management Consultants to develop business strategies and prepare service reports. Employee may work from home and can be based anywhere in the U.S. Travel approx. 25% of the time to unanticipated client sites in the US and internationally for meetings. Requires Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management, or related. Must have 24 months of experience in an occupation related to Business Analysis. Experience must include 24 months in/with the following: Business Process Design and Re-Engineering; Value Stream Mapping; Value-Based Management; Project Management and Change Management; Quantitative Analysis; and Business Strategy.
